Disney Collab – Magical Objects

Late Easter – Kraslice
I love being half Czech and part of that for me is staying in touch with traditions. Ever since I was little, we had branches with easter eggs as decor in our living room. Some years we decorated eggs ourself, and other years it was just loving the ones we had. The most prized ones are the typical Czech ones: Kraslice. Czech for easter egg. Chaotic Marble
A watermarble I haven’t tried before is a spiral. I’ve seen Colette from My Simple Little Pleasures do it a couple of times. I collected some spring colours and gave it a go. Red River Marble
I’ve been wanting to try different patterns in my marbles. I don’t want to make the same marble, but just in different colours. There are so many parts to chose from when you draw up a pattern in the cup. The polishes I chose bled a little.. No, actually quite a bit. I still like how the marble turned out. Double Trouble
I’ve done double gradients in all sorts of ways, but I’ve never done a double watermarble before. I was once again inspired by Colette from My Simple Little Pleasures. She did a white flakie base with a white watermarble on top with white and clear polish, so you’d see the flakies peeking through. Because you can’t marble with flakies. But you don’t need the flakies. You can do that on top of another marble. So here’s my go. Flakie Marble – Inspired by Colette
Laatst zag ik een nailart van Colette van My Simple Little Pleasures voorbij komen en die wilde ik namaken. Nu ik het aan het schrijven ben vraag ik me af waar mn foto’s met matte topcoat gebleven zijn.. en eigenlijk is het best goed mogelijk dat ik die vergeten ben te maken.
