Once again a polish where I have so many pictures of that I just couldn’t choose. So I just went with 9 of them. Shield Maiden isn’t a new polish by Lacquester, but it’s new to me. It was on my wishlist for a while, but every time I ordered there I picked different polishes. Did I choose badly? Maybe. Because this is easily one of the pretties polishes I own (by Lacquester too).

On the picture below you see only 1 coat. Just 1 and it’s already almost opaque. This is such a cool polish. It’s a multichrome that’s holo. Or a holo that’s multichrome? I don’t know. But out of the sunlight its holographic too, and then you see the multichromeness very well. Usually there’s a silvery sense that has purple/pink shifts and it can shift to yellow and to green too. I don’t see the green very much. In a lamp or in the sun it’s a strong holo. You see the rainbow shifts very easily and be stunned by it.

Wederom een lak waarvan ik zoveel foto’s had dat ik niet kon kiezen, dus koos ik er maar veel. Shield Maiden is niet een lak die nieuw is voor Lacquester, maar deze staat al een tijdje in de webshop. Deze stond nog op mijn wishlist en ik weet niet waarom ik deze niet eerder besteld had. Shield Maiden haalt het namelijk makkelijk op mijn lijst met mooiste lakken (van Lacquester ook). Dit is zo’n bijzondere lak. Een holografische multichrome lak. Of is het een multichrome holografische lak? Ik weet het niet, maar er is genoeg moois om naar te kijken. Op de 2e foto zie je slechts 1 laagje van de lak en daarmee is de lak al bijna compleet dekkend. Kudo’s.
Over het algemeen zie je een zilveren basis en daarover een paarse/roze shift, en die kan overgaan in geel en een beetje groen. Ik zie het groene maar soms. Maar je ziet de shift ook door de holo heen. Dat is echt iets compleet nieuws voor mij. In een lamp of in de zon is de holo echt heel sterk. Zo mooi.
