4 Mei is voor ons Nederlanders altijd een dag van bezinning. We hebben Dodenherdenking. Twee minuten stilte voor alle oorlogsslachtoffers of omgekomenen sinds het uitbreken van de Tweede Wereldoorlog. En voor de rest van de wereld is het Star Wars dag. Voelt heel raar dubbel. Maar toch wil ik beide vieren. Dus hier de ene nailart.
The Fourth of May is in the Netherlands Rememberance Day. We commemorate all those who have fallen in war since World War II with 2 minutes of silence at 20:00. But for the rest of the world it’s Star Wars day. Because “May The Fourth Be With You” sounds like ‘May the force be with you’. And now a new expession was added. ‘This is the May’ (This is the Way). I love it.
